(1) A deposit of 2 nights accommodation? will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation of reservations.
(2) Balance of payment is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival
(3) If reservation booking is cancelled inside 168 hours (7 days) prior to travel date or you no-show 2 nights accommodation will be charged to your credit card as a fee. If you cancel outside 168 hours or (7 days) we will refund the amount already deducted back on to your credit card. No fault of the property early departure, cancellation fees at the discretion of management.
Click to drop downDo you accept School Leavers?
Unfortunately we do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Festival. In particular we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of our guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the period 15 November 2008 to 7 December 2008. If you still choose to book your accommodation through us and it turns out that you are school and/or university leavers, your booking will be cancelled and cancellation fees will be at the discretion of management.

No, you will need to complete several steps before a booking is made, you will also need to press a confirmation button, it is all self explanatory once you visit the website.

Yes, Prime Apartments Hotels and Resorts is a reservations area for the resort you have booked and handles all payments on behalf of the properties.

You may put any request through regarding a change, however all requests are based on availability.
Click to drop downWhen I make a booking and receive a confirmation note, do I also need to call you verbally to confirm?
No, a confirmation note is only generated once a booking has been recognised by our system, once you receive the confirmation note this is all you need.
